Distinguished and moving, our showcase includes a poignant tribute, "A Love Note to Barbara Phillips," dedicated to the late Mrs. Phillips. As the esteemed producer and artistic director of the Third Coast Rhythm Project’s Annual Summer International Tap Festival, Mrs. Phillips left an indelible mark.
